- Does not understand a single word that singer Patrick Stump is saying because he just doesn’t enunciate, especially in earlier stuff
- Knowing the lyrics
- Knowing the figure of speech being referenced in that one part
- Figuring out The Metaphor
- Actually understanding what the song is Really About because you gathered an absurd amount of knowledge on the personal life of lyricist/bassist Pete Wentz
